We are based in Łódź, Poland, at Dostawcza 4. We specialize in the production of contract office furniture, with our priority product line being acoustic booths. They enable comfortable work, especially in open‑space environments, ensuring focus, concentration, and confidentiality of conversations and video conferences. We believe that a well‑designed office can have a positive impact on the well‑being of everyone who uses it.
The company was founded in 1991, and we produced our first acoustic booths in 2014. From the very beginning, we have systematically developed our production facility to increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of our offer both in Poland and on international markets. In 2018, our plant implemented laser cutting technology for metal components and expanded the metal production facility. Since 2022, we have been part of the American Haworth Group, and the Hushoffice brand has been included in the Haworth Family collection.
Our solutions can be found in the offices of companies such as Raiffeisen Bank International, Unilever, T‑Mobile, SEB Bank, Neuca, Concentrix, Mondial Assistance, All in! Games, and Hama. We are present in over 50 countries worldwide, on nearly every continent.

Opis stanowiska
- Development and maintenance of solutions within the IFS system
- Designing and modifying PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages
- Creating reports using IFS Report Designer
- Development and maintenance of system integrations (REST API, XML, JSON)
- Error analysis and support for business users
- Cooperation with the IT team and process owners
- Participation in IT transformation and standardization initiatives
Wymagania
- Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Database
- Basic knowledge of IFS or another ERP system
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST API, JSON, XML)
- Basic knowledge of Java (nice to have)
- Experience in reporting (IFS Report Designer or similar tools)
- Understanding of business processes (manufacturing, finance, warehouse, logistics, HR)
- English proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Marble / IFS Developer Studio
- Experience with Git repositories
- Understanding of version control concepts (branching, pull requests)
- Awareness of AI tools supporting software development (code assistants, code analysis)
- Knowledge of clean code principles
- Basic familiarity with Agile / Scrum
