Infrastructure & Security Manager

We are hiring a hands-on Infrastructure & Security Manager to own and modernize the IT environment in Łódź (approx. 400 users, 2 data centers, ~70 servers, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365). The role combines operational ownership with a transformation agenda across cloud foundations (Azure/M365), security uplift, and IT service management (ITSM) maturity.

Opis stanowiska
  • Own stability, performance, and lifecycle of on-prem infrastructure (servers, Hyper-V, core services) across two data centers.
  • Run and improve core services: AD/identity, DNS/DHCP, certificates, monitoring, patching, backup/restore.
  • Administer and govern Microsoft 365; manage service health and support adoption with stakeholders.
  • Design and execute a pragmatic cloud foundations and migration roadmap (Azure/M365).
  • Implement modern identity and endpoint management (Entra ID, MFA/Conditional Access, Intune).
  • Own LAN/WAN and network security (Cisco/UniFi, firewalls, VPN, segmentation).
  • Establish a security baseline using Microsoft security capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Defender) and support audit-ready controls.
  • Introduce ITSM routines and tooling; build an accurate asset inventory/CMDB baseline and DR/backup testing cadence.
Wymagania
  • Strong hands-on infrastructure experience in a mid-sized environment (operations + change delivery).
  • Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory (on-prem) experience; Entra ID fundamentals.
  • Hyper-V/virtualization and lifecycle operations (patching, monitoring, backup/restore).
  • Solid networking knowledge (Cisco, VPN, firewalls) and ability to improve reliability and security.
  • Ability to plan and deliver migrations/standardization with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset, structured problem solving, and clear communication.
  • Professional English (C1/C2).
  • Intune/Defender/Conditional Access implementation experience.
  • Azure foundations experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation+ and/or experience implementing an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Audit/compliance exposure (e.g., ISO 27001) and/or post-merger standardization experience.
